Caregiver & Me Storytime Yoga w/ Caitlin

Join Caitlin and her two kids for a twenty minute exploration of a fun and engaging weekly story book. We will read and move our body through yoga poses, mindfulness exercises and discover ways to calm with our breath.

Ages 6 months- 3 years, all abilities

Wednesdays 11am starting, 3/24 for 4 weeks!

This class is available on Zoom - the link and password will be emailed to you before the start of class.  

All Young Yokes Online classes are available by donation - Venmo information will be included in the start-up email.
