Catch Up RCYT Training 2020-2021

We want to honor your experience and your previous investments, that is why we created Catch Up as a way for experienced yoga teachers to continue towards their full 95hr RCYT certification without retaking our Foundations training.  This is the right fit for you if you've taken a children's yoga teacher training (12hrs) with another yoga school or organization, or are an experienced yoga teacher looking to specialize. 

Catch-up is a 9 hour online, self-paced teacher training that outlines the key elements covered in our Young Yokes Foundations training for kids yoga teachers pursuing their 95 hour RCYT certification.  This program is meant to give trainees the basic info so that they can hit the larger 23 RCYT modules with confidence and ease while also meeting and exceeding Yoga Alliance standards. In this training, you will learn our collective take on the following: parts of a yoga class, class creation, classroom management, and child development.

Upon completion of this training, you will receive a completion certificate, and if needed, 9 hours of non-contact CECs for YA.

This variation on our 95 hour RCYT Teacher Training is only valid for kids yoga instructors who have a 12 hour teacher training completion.  Please note, that this Catch-up does NOT include any posture work, as we are assuming that you have completed that in your previous training.

This program includes a 30min phone call with a lead trainer to answer any questions and to verify completion of the program before proceeding into the next modules of the 95hr RCYT.
