Our online platform is a combination of recorded content, and LIVE Zoom meetings - we will send you the details on live offerings and the rest is recorded content done at your pace prior to the live sessions.
This 12 hour intensive covers teaching kids yoga in it's broadest scope. In this workshop you will learn the elements of a Young Yokes kids class while exploring some of the most familiar kids yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. We also discuss class creation, behavior/classroom management, and teaching in an online environment.
This training stands alone - you CAN teach youth yoga after just this training! You'll leave with a toolkit of poses, activities, class structure, breathing and moving games, tips and tricks.
Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed!
