Our online platform is a combination of recorded content, and LIVE Zoom meetings - we will send you the live meeting times, the rest is recorded content done at your pace prior to the live sessions.
This 12 hour intensive covers teaching kids yoga in it's broadest scope. In this workshop you will learn the elements of a Young Yokes kids class while exploring some of the most familiar kids yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. We also discuss class creation and behavior/classroom management.
This training stands alone - you CAN teach youth yoga after just this training! You'll leave with a toolkit of poses, activities, class structure, breathing and moving games, tips and tricks.
